Your Rights Under EU Consumer Law
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person you designate) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission, but it is not obligatory.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or return, please contact us at admin@kyxrelynxexax.world within 14 days of receipt of your order. Include your order number and, if you wish, the reason for the return (this is optional). We will respond with return instructions, including the address to which you should send the product.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging where possible. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, unsealed, or used may not be eligible for a full refund. Dietary supplements fall into a category where hygiene considerations apply.
Items must be returned within the timeframe specified above. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit during the return journey until we receive them.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Delivery costs for returning goods are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or we have delivered the wrong item. We will refund the cost of delivery for defective or incorrect items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs. Please provide details and, if possible, photographs of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Exceptions
Per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery for reasons of health protection and hygiene (e.g. opened dietary supplements). Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period.
